A private 45-minute conversation to assess your patterns, clarify what's keeping you stuck, and see whether The Secure Woman Experience is the right next step for you.
This isn't more self help. It's the work therapy keeps hinting at but never quite gets you to.
We do not just work on the behavior.
The urge to text him, over-explain, check his social media, abandon your boundaries, or make yourself smaller is usually not the real problem. Together, we uncover what is underneath the reaction — the old story, the unmet need, and the fear that gets activated when love feels uncertain. Then we build the tools to calm the spiral, understand what you need, hold your boundaries, and respond differently when it matters most.
Learn to recognize what's happening in your body when you're activated and create enough internal safety to respond instead of react. Through nervous system regulation, somatic practices, and attachment-informed coaching, you learn how to stay with yourself when uncertainty hits instead of letting the pattern take over.
Reconnect with your identity, needs, standards, boundaries, voice, and the way you naturally move through the world. This is where you stop shaping yourself around someone else and start making choices that actually feel like you.
Work with the subconscious beliefs, emotional associations, and old internal rules that keep recreating the same patterns. Through subconscious pattern work and identity integration, you begin changing what's underneath the behavior so new standards, boundaries, communication, and choices become part of how you live, no more forcing them.

When Kristina came to me, she kept finding herself in relationship patterns where she was overgiving, chasing connection, and losing herself in the process.
Our work became about something deeper than finding the right person. It was about changing the pattern: learning to trust herself, stop abandoning herself for love, and relate from a more secure place.
Kristina did the work. She met the man who is now her fiancé. Today, they're engaged and have welcomed a baby together.
Sometimes becoming secure means opening to healthy love. Sometimes it means leaving — from clarity, not from panic, chasing, or exhaustion. Isabel's story is the second kind.
Isabel is 27 and runs her own cleaning company in Charlotte. She had never dated while building a business, and almost a year in, the relationship was taking everything she had. Living on edge daily. Mental energy gone. It was showing up in her business and in her friendships. She had tried talking it out. She had prayed about it. The cycle didn't change.
She was anxiously attached. He was dismissive avoidant. In conflict, both patterns amplified, and neither of them could name what was actually happening. So we didn't spend our sessions analyzing him or rehearsing the arguments. We worked on her — her worth, her needs, her triggers, her attachment pattern, and what she actually deserved in a relationship.
Isabel did the work. Within a couple of weeks she could see the whole picture, and she left — not from panic or burnout, but from clarity. Her needs were named. His pattern wasn't changing. The decision made itself.
“So my needs are X, Y and Z. My attachment style is X, Y and Z. He meets none of this criteria. We're not going to be able to work this out. That's why it was so easy.”
— Isabel, on the moment it clicked
Kristina's story is hers. Isabel's is hers. Yours will be your own. The Secure Woman Experience is three months of private 1:1 coaching designed to help you change the patterns underneath how you show up in love, so you can become more secure in yourself, no matter what happens next.

If even one thing on the list above made you nod, you probably already know that understanding the pattern isn't enough. The next step is learning how to change it in the moments it actually shows up.
Founder of The Unchased Life, a coaching practice for women who are ready to feel secure in themselves, even when love and life feel uncertain.
Mara spent more than 20 years behind the chair as a stylist, listening to women talk candidly about love, relationships, identity, and the patterns they couldn't seem to change. She understood those patterns because she had lived them too.
After her own experiences with unhealthy relationship patterns and years of doing the deeper work herself, she began studying attachment, nervous system regulation, subconscious pattern work, somatic practices, and identity. What started as personal healing eventually became her life's work.
Today, Mara works with women to understand and change the deeper patterns underneath the overthinking, chasing, overgiving, people-pleasing, and self-abandonment, so they can become more secure, trust themselves, and make choices from who they actually are rather than from fear.
Joanna, Leah, Kristina, Isabel. Real women who changed the patterns that were keeping them stuck. The pattern is breakable. The work is real. The next step is yours.
