Coaching is a collaborative relationship intended to support personal and professional growth. Specific scope, duration, fees, and cancellation terms are set out in the separate agreement you receive before any program begins; where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement governs.
Coaching is not therapy, counselling, medical treatment, psychiatric care, legal advice, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for any of them. Nothing on this site diagnoses or treats any condition. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services.
Any outcomes, stories, or testimonials shared on this site are individual experiences and are not a promise or guarantee of your results. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort, circumstances, and choices. You remain solely responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take.
Quizzes and assessments on this site are reflective tools for self-awareness. They are not validated clinical or psychometric instruments and should not be treated as a diagnosis or professional assessment of any kind.
Fees, payment schedules, refund eligibility, and cancellation or rescheduling policies are stated in your program agreement or at the point of purchase. Unless that agreement says otherwise, program fees are non-refundable once the program has begun.
We treat what you share in coaching as confidential and will not disclose it without your permission, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of serious harm to you or another person.
This site links to and relies on third-party services, including scheduling, email, video, and payment providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this site or our services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site or services.
